Training Refund/Cancellation Policy: If PTCG cancels your course or a confirmed training session, you will receive a full refund. If you cannot attend a course or a confirmed training session, a full refund will be given when cancellation notofication is received 2 weeks prior to the training date less an administration charge of $100.00. If cancellation request is received less that 1 week of confirmed training session substituion or transfer for another course will only be allowed. Webinars will only given the option for substituion or transfers (no refunds). No refunds will be made for “No Shows” (a “No Show” is a person who registers for a program/training but who does not cancel registration or attend the training). Cancellation/substituition request must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the training. All refunds are processed and refunded within 30 working days.
